Dream debut as Farah Nurzahirah scores winning goal

SINGAPORE, 18 JULY 2023 – Farah Nurzahirah started the night on the bench, but little did she know that by the end of the night, she would achieve not just one, but two significant milestones in her footballing journey – scoring her first international goal while earning her first senior cap. As if that was not remarkable enough, her goal was the only solitary strike that secured a victory for Singapore at Jalan Besar Stadium.

The Lionesses faced a formidable Pakistan side throughout the duration of the match, with both teams jousting for possession during much of the first half.
