‘Because of me we didn’t win’ – Onana takes blame as Man Utd fall to Bayern


“Andre Onana said his error for the first goal was the reason Manchester United lost to Bayern Munich in their opening game of the 2023/24 Champions League. United made a strong start at the Allianz Arena but fell behind when Onana failed to deal with a simple Leroy Sane shot before going on to lose 4-3. Harry Kane also got on the scoresheet when the hosts were awarded a second-half penalty.”
