Bedok South Avenue SC seal Island Wide League title

Bedok South Avenue SC celebrate after sealing the IWL title.

SINGAPORE, 2 OCTOBER 2023 – Bedok South Avenue SC have clinched the Island Wide League (IWL) title after overcoming Tengah FC 2-1 in the final at the Jalan Besar Stadium (JBS) this evening.

In doing so, Bedok South Avenue SC finishes the campaign with six wins and a single loss to enjoy a fairy-tale ending to the IWL season.

FAS Vice President Mr Teo Hock Seng and General Secretary Mr Yazeen Buhari were in attendance to present the trophy and medals to the teams.

After a tight opening period, Bedok South took the lead just before halftime when Nur Irfan pounced on a loose ball to score the opening goal.
