Messi: MLS ‘has every opportunity’ to catch up with European football


“Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, to be held in Mexico, Canada and the United States, Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi believes that MLS football can catch up with the standard set by Europeu0027s top football leagues. Messi has already scored nine goals in six appearances for his new side after leaving his previous team, French champions Paris Saint-Germain.”
