Nominations for the election of the President of the Football Association of Singapore for the remaining term of the FAS Council (2021-2025)

SINGAPORE, 31 AUGUST 2023 – At the close of nominations today at 6pm for the election of the President of the Football Association of Singapore for the remaining term of the FAS Council (2021-2025), a total of one (1) application for the Individual seat was received in good order. Please refer to the Annex below for information of the candidate.

Pursuant to Article 22.2 of the FAS Constitution, the Electoral Committee will now proceed to conduct the eligibility and integrity checks on the nominated candidate. Following these checks, pursuant to Article 28.20, a further announcement on the confirmation of the candidate admitted for the election of the President of the FAS for the remaining term of the FAS Council (2021-2025) will be made at least ten (10) days prior to the 41st FAS Annual Congress 2023, scheduled for Saturday 23 September 2023.
