‘Significant human error’ – PGMOL admit mistake over disallowed Diaz goal


“Liverpool forward Luis Diaz appeared to have given Jurgen Kloppu0027s side the lead against Tottenham on Saturday afternoon, but it was disallowed despite replays apparently showing little wrong with the goal. Refereeing organisation PGMOL said on Saturday evening that the decision to disallow the goal had been incorrect, with Klopp saying before that an apology would mean little.”
