Tottenham Offer Condolences to Igor Tudor After Death of His Father

Tottenham Hotspur have offered their condolences to Igor Tudor following the death of his father, Mario.
The club confirmed the news after Tudor was unable to carry out media duties following Spurs’ 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Sunday.
Assistant coach Bruno Saltor stepped in at the time, describing the situation as a “personal family issue” without providing further details.
Tottenham released a statement expressing their support.
“Everyone at Tottenham Hotspur is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Igor Tudor’s father, Mario,” the club said. “Our thoughts and condolences go out to Igor and his family during this incredibly difficult time.”
Juventus, where Tudor previously played and coached, also paid tribute.
“Juventus stands with Igor Tudor and his family at this difficult time,” the Italian club said.
It is understood Tudor received the news shortly after full-time on Sunday, prompting his immediate departure from the stadium.
Saltor added: “It’s a difficult moment for him. I’m just trying to support the best way we can.”
