Martinique vs. Panama Highlights | CONCACAF Gold Cup


Martinique and Panama faced off in the CONCACAF Gold Cup on Friday, June 30th. Panama dominated in the first half with numerous shots on goal, though none were successful due to a strong performance by Martinique’s Théo De Percin. Halftime arrived nil-nil. At 57’, José Fajardo scored off a header from the center of the box after an assist by Éric Davis to give Panama a 1-0 lead. Panama secured their second goal of the match at 69’ after Amir Murillo scored off a right footed shot from the right side of the box. Martinique fought back hard in the final minutes of the match and were able to score at 90’+3′ after Karl Fabien struck the net from the center of the box. Panama held on to secure a 2-1 victory.
