Mexico faced off against Honduras in the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup on Sunday, June 25th, in Houston. The fourth goal came at 64’ after Luis Chávez struck a left footed shot from the center of the box, and Mexico would finish with a 4-0 victory after two minutes of added time.
