777 Partners agree Everton takeover as Moshiri sells majority stake


“777 Partnersu0027 takeover of Everton has been agreed after Toffees owner Farhad Moshiri agreed to sell his 94% majority stake in the Premier League club. Moshiri has been in charge at Goodison Park since 2018 but has stepped aside, saying “the biggest clubs are now typically owned by well-resourced PE firms, specialist sports investors or state-backed companies and funds.””
