Burnley issue apology following attack on Aston Villa team bus

“Following a 3-1 win against Burnley at Turf Moor, Aston Villa’s team bus was attacked as the squad travelled back to the Midlands. A brick struck the windscreen of the bus at junction 10 of the M65 – roughly two miles from Burnley’s ground – which had been thrown from a footbridge as the bus travelled along the motorway, Police confirmed. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident.”
