Report: Bayern’s Mane set to join Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr for close to €40M

Cristiano Ronaldo‘s Al-Nassr are adding Sadio Mane to their arsenal after reaching an agreement with Bayern Munich, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano.

Al-Nassr struck the deal Friday after offering a reported €37 million for the Senegalese forward.

Mane recorded 12 goals and six assists in a short and disappointing spell at Bayern. All but two of those goals came before he suffered a leg injury that ruled him out of the World Cup last November. He was then accused of slapping teammate Leroy Sane in a locker-room dispute following Bayern’s Champions League defeat to Manchester City in April.

He signed a three-year contract with the Bundesliga champions upon joining from Liverpool in June 2022 for a reported €32 million.
