'Too much chaos' – Cole says it is too early to judge Chelsea signings

“Joe Cole gave an insight into the problems at Stamford Bridge after a turbulent 12 months. The Blues have spent huge amounts of money on signings and have tied down players to expensive contracts – but with little to show for it on the pitch. The former Chelsea midfielder highlighted the high-risk nature of this approach and says it is far too early to properly assess this group of players.”
